Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109
2.Extract wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wlxphotobase.dll 15.4.3508.1109 and press Enter.
