Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250
2.Extract wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmp.ocx 9.0.0.3250 and press Enter.
