Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114
2.Extract wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wnicapi.dll 1, 3, 51, 7114 and press Enter.
