Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014
2.Extract wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wnpapi32.dll 1.3.0.1014 and press Enter.
