Using the zip or rar file
1.Download word97txt.dll
2.Extract word97txt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract word97txt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting word97txt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract word97txt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place word97txt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 word97txt.dll and press Enter.
