Using the zip or rar file
1.Download worldtimeclockplugin.dll
2.Extract worldtimeclockplugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract worldtimeclockplugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting worldtimeclockplugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract worldtimeclockplugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place worldtimeclockplugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 worldtimeclockplugin.dll and press Enter.
