Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wrdkogoa.dll 10.0.1600.22

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wrdkogoa.dll 10.0.1600.22 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
