Using the zip or rar file
1.Download write32.wpc 1997.3.12.0
2.Extract write32.wpc 1997.3.12.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract write32.wpc 1997.3.12.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting write32.wpc 1997.3.12.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract write32.wpc 1997.3.12.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
