Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wshtcp.vxd
2.Extract wshtcp.vxd from .zip. We recommend that you extract wshtcp.vxd to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wshtcp.vxd.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wshtcp.vxd to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wshtcp.vxd in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wshtcp.vxd and press Enter.
