Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wtcc61nl.dll
2.Extract wtcc61nl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wtcc61nl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wtcc61nl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wtcc61nl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wtcc61nl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wtcc61nl.dll and press Enter.
