Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wvmqgv4j.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
