Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0
2.Extract wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wwaninst.dll 8.1.2.0 and press Enter.
