Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wzoom2xscanlines.dll
2.Extract wzoom2xscanlines.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wzoom2xscanlines.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wzoom2xscanlines.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wzoom2xscanlines.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wzoom2xscanlines.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wzoom2xscanlines.dll and press Enter.
