Using the zip or rar file
1.Download W2ResJpn.dll
2.Extract W2ResJpn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract W2ResJpn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting W2ResJpn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract W2ResJpn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place W2ResJpn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 W2ResJpn.dll and press Enter.
