Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WLHTSM2TS.dll
2.Extract WLHTSM2TS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WLHTSM2TS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WLHTSM2TS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WLHTSM2TS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WLHTSM2TS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WLHTSM2TS.dll and press Enter.
