Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll
2.Extract WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WLXPhotoLibraryDatabase.dll and press Enter.
