Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WT3933A.dll
2.Extract WT3933A.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WT3933A.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WT3933A.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WT3933A.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WT3933A.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WT3933A.dll and press Enter.
