Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WTLD80SV.dll
2.Extract WTLD80SV.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WTLD80SV.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WTLD80SV.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WTLD80SV.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WTLD80SV.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WTLD80SV.dll and press Enter.
