Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebSnapshotsCommon.dll
2.Extract WebSnapshotsCommon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebSnapshotsCommon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebSnapshotsCommon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebSnapshotsCommon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebSnapshotsCommon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebSnapshotsCommon.dll and press Enter.
