Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WindowEvent.dll
2.Extract WindowEvent.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WindowEvent.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WindowEvent.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WindowEvent.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WindowEvent.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WindowEvent.dll and press Enter.
