Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WisFileProcess.dll
2.Extract WisFileProcess.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WisFileProcess.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WisFileProcess.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WisFileProcess.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WisFileProcess.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WisFileProcess.dll and press Enter.
