Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WppAniPainter.dll
2.Extract WppAniPainter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WppAniPainter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WppAniPainter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WppAniPainter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WppAniPainter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WppAniPainter.dll and press Enter.
