Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Wrcard.dll
2.Extract Wrcard.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Wrcard.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Wrcard.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Wrcard.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Wrcard.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Wrcard.dll and press Enter.
