Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w6to4svc.dll
2.Extract w6to4svc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract w6to4svc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w6to4svc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w6to4svc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place w6to4svc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 w6to4svc.dll and press Enter.
