Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wingtb.dll
2.Extract wingtb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wingtb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wingtb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wingtb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wingtb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wingtb.dll and press Enter.
