Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wminstp.dll
2.Extract wminstp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wminstp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wminstp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wminstp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wminstp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wminstp.dll and press Enter.
