Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmlang.dll
2.Extract wmlang.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmlang.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmlang.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmlang.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmlang.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmlang.dll and press Enter.
