Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wp6sr.dll
2.Extract wp6sr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wp6sr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wp6sr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wp6sr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wp6sr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wp6sr.dll and press Enter.
