Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wtv2dvrms.dll
2.Extract wtv2dvrms.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wtv2dvrms.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wtv2dvrms.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wtv2dvrms.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wtv2dvrms.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wtv2dvrms.dll and press Enter.
