Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WOSSPS3Bucket.dll
2.Extract WOSSPS3Bucket.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WOSSPS3Bucket.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WOSSPS3Bucket.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WOSSPS3Bucket.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WOSSPS3Bucket.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WOSSPS3Bucket.dll and press Enter.
