Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll
2.Extract WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WSDLMetaFrontEnd.dll and press Enter.
