Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Wbcodeu.dll
2.Extract Wbcodeu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Wbcodeu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Wbcodeu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Wbcodeu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Wbcodeu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Wbcodeu.dll and press Enter.
