Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebBrowserSvr.dll
2.Extract WebBrowserSvr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebBrowserSvr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebBrowserSvr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebBrowserSvr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebBrowserSvr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebBrowserSvr.dll and press Enter.
