Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebDavPublishPlugin.dll
2.Extract WebDavPublishPlugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebDavPublishPlugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebDavPublishPlugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebDavPublishPlugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebDavPublishPlugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebDavPublishPlugin.dll and press Enter.
