Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WmsTaskSvc.dll
2.Extract WmsTaskSvc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WmsTaskSvc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WmsTaskSvc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WmsTaskSvc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WmsTaskSvc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WmsTaskSvc.dll and press Enter.
