Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Word2Import140.dll
2.Extract Word2Import140.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Word2Import140.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Word2Import140.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Word2Import140.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Word2Import140.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Word2Import140.dll and press Enter.
