Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w3Lib.dll
2.Extract w3Lib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract w3Lib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w3Lib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w3Lib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place w3Lib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 w3Lib.dll and press Enter.
