Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wipv6mon.dll
2.Extract wipv6mon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wipv6mon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wipv6mon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wipv6mon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wipv6mon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wipv6mon.dll and press Enter.
