Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wma8.dll
2.Extract wma8.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wma8.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wma8.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wma8.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wma8.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wma8.dll and press Enter.
