Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmsswch.dll
2.Extract wmsswch.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmsswch.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmsswch.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmsswch.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmsswch.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmsswch.dll and press Enter.
