Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wuE2bh.dll
2.Extract wuE2bh.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wuE2bh.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wuE2bh.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wuE2bh.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wuE2bh.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wuE2bh.dll and press Enter.
