Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wyc5zjns.dll
2.Extract wyc5zjns.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wyc5zjns.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wyc5zjns.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wyc5zjns.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wyc5zjns.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wyc5zjns.dll and press Enter.
