1.Download YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421
2.Extract YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421 from .zip. We recommend that you extract YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 YGSoft.Finance.Common.Setup.XmlSerializers.dll 1.0.3098.2421 and press Enter.
