Using the zip or rar file
1.Download YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799
2.Extract YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799 from .zip. We recommend that you extract YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 YHL.Public.DataHelper.dll 1.0.1828.37799 and press Enter.
