Using the zip or rar file
1.Download YSPCUNLR.dll
2.Extract YSPCUNLR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract YSPCUNLR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting YSPCUNLR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract YSPCUNLR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place YSPCUNLR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 YSPCUNLR.dll and press Enter.
