Using the zip or rar file
1.Download YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86
2.Extract YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 from .zip. We recommend that you extract YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 YW10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 and press Enter.
