Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515
2.Extract Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ylgl.dll 1.0.3776.16515 and press Enter.
