Using the zip or rar file
1.Download yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001
2.Extract yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001 from .zip. We recommend that you extract yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 yIEAngel.dll 1,0,1,1001 and press Enter.
