Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3
2.Extract ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ygbitmap1.dll 1,0,0,3 and press Enter.
