Using the zip or rar file
1.Download yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374
2.Extract yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374 from .zip. We recommend that you extract yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 yhoprtc.dll 12.0.0.374 and press Enter.
